Seattle's premier Viet-American chefs and restaurateurs Eric and Sophie Banh will be doing a 4-course lunch with wine pairing ($35!) based on the cookbook. We did a similar sold-out events for the Vietnamese and dumpling books. Eric invited me back for tofu too! This time, we'll be at the original Monsoon location in Capitol Hill. Purchase tickets here.
