I have enjoyed many clay pot dishes at local Vietnamese restaurants. What I can't find is the clay pot itself so I can make my own.

Craig, go to an Asian market such as Ranch 99 or Shun Fat in San Diego. You also can just make clay pot in a regular pot. It doesn't taste that much better in a claypot. Most Viet cooks use regular metal pots nowadays.
